Choir
Windsor’s church choir recommences practices on Wednesday 14 September at 8.00 pm. These practices are held in the Crawford Hall immediately behind the church. We are currently looking for new members and if you love singing and would like to be involved in the leading of worship through song, we would be delighted to hear from you. We sing both an Introit and Anthem each week and while our practise time involves the learning of items suitable for Sunday worship, it also has a very strong social element. Our varied repertoire consists of 4-part harmony anthems through to simple gospel songs. If you would like any further information please contact Evelyn Todd by e-mail etodd.pinehill@gmail.com.
Our organist's main interests are Hymnody (particularly 18thC) and Music in Worship. These interests are reflected in her membership of the following organisations: The Hymn Society of Great Britain and Ireland of which she is an executive committee member, The Royal School of Church Music (RSCM), The Ulster Society of Organists and The Association of British Choral Directors (ABCD).
